Data Deletion Request
This form allows you to request the deletion of specific types of personal data associated with your Ajentik account while maintaining access to your account. This gives you granular control over what data we retain.
Note: If you want to delete your entire account rather than specific data, please use our Delete My Account tool instead.
Important Legal Information
- •Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days as required by applicable privacy regulations.
- •The data you select will be permanently removed or anonymized in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable laws.
- •This process is irreversible. Once deleted, we cannot recover this data.
- •Legal basis for processing: This deletion request is processed based on your explicit consent and our legal obligation to comply with data protection regulations.
- •Exceptions: Some data may be retained after your deletion request for the following legal purposes:
- - Financial and tax compliance (retention period: 7 years)
- - Security and fraud prevention (retention period: up to 2 years)
- - Aggregate, anonymized analytics (indefinite retention)

How We Process Your Request
Identity Verification
We'll verify your identity through the email address associated with your account to ensure the request is legitimate.
Data Identification
Our team will identify all instances of the specific data types you've selected across our systems.
Data Deletion
We'll delete or anonymize the requested data types in accordance with applicable laws and our retention policies. Some information may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
Confirmation
Once the deletion process is complete, we'll send you a confirmation email detailing which data was deleted.

- EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - Article 17: Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) - Section 1798.105: Right to deletion
